Randy Graham serves as managing director for Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate in Rock Hill, South Carolina, specializing in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties in South Carolina and North Carolina. With nearly 14 years of experience, Graham has secured over 200 transactions resulting in a career volume of $55 million.

Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Graham was a partner in Southern Commercial Real Estate, selling and leasing commercial properties in York, Lancaster and Chester counties in South Carolina. Graham has completed transactions with companies such as Bell South, Comporium Communications, MAACO Enterprises, South Carolina Bank & Trust, Walgreen’s, and State Farm Insurance Company. Prior to Southern Commercial Real Estate, Graham developed and organized a new division for Richard Odom & Associates in Rock Hill, South Carolina, focusing on commercial and industrial real estate sales.

Active in his community, Graham is vice chairman for the City of Rock Hill Planning Commission, a member of the Board of Directors for the Westminster Foundation, a deacon at Westminster Presbyterian Church and president of the Rock Hill Area Citadel Club. Graham formerly served as president of the Rock Hill Area Council Chamber of Commerce, board chair of the Upper Palmetto Area YMCA and president of the Rock Hill Kiwanis Club. Graham is also a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), South Carolina and National Association of Realtors, and a seven time member of the CRCBR’s Multi Million Dollar Club and in 2002 was the South Carolina Citadel Volunteer of the Year.

Graham earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. He currently resides in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Mark J. Mayfield, CCIM serves as managing director and principal broker (Broker-In-Charge) of Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate, LLC, specializing in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, land and retail properties in South Carolina and North Carolina. With 18 years of experience, he has closed more than 400 transactions resulting in a career volume in excess of $108 million. In 2006, Mayfield was honored as a top producer for retail leasing in the Charlotte region by receiving the CoStar Power Broker Award. Only 2 percent of more than 118,000 eligible brokers nationwide were selected for this highly coveted award.

Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Mayfield served as partner and principal broker (Broker-In-Charge) for Southern Commercial Real Estate, LLC where he sold and leased properties in York, Lancaster and Chester counties, South Carolina (suburban Charlotte, North Carolina). Mayfield has completed transactions with companies such as Bank of America, Wal-Mart, Combi International, Baskin-Robbins, Pizza Hut and Ebara International Corporation.

Active in the industry, Mayfield is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of Realtors and a charter member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). He is a 14 time recipient of the CRCBR Annual Multi-Million Dollar Club Award. Mayfield is a past board member of the Rotary Club of Rock Hill and past president of the Rock Hill Sertoma Club. Mayfield has achieved the Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM) designation, which is conferred to real estate professionals who complete a challenging education program of 200 classroom hours, pass a Comprehensive Examination and demonstrate experiential requirements. The
designation is widely recognized as one of the most prestigious real estate designations in the world and is the mark of professionalism and knowledge in commercial-investment real estate. Less than 6% of the 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide have achieved this designation.

Mayfield earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He currently resides in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Philip E. Davis, ALC, comes to us after serving as managing director and partner of former Sperry Van Ness/Lighthouse Commercial Realty. With more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, he specializes in land sales and site acquisition for development throughout North and South Carolina.

Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Davis served as a founding principal member of Lighthouse Commercial Realty and specialized in the sale of land and land acquisition for the development of mixed-use, retail, residential, and multifamily projects. He spends much of his time working the upstate of market of South Carolina.

Previously, Davis spent the first 8 years of his career in Greenville, SC   and served as exclusive agent for the Greenville County School District acquiring 19 sites in six years of service to be used for school relocation and new facility development. Before starting his real estate career he worked for Cosmair, Inc the parent company of L’Oreal Cosmetics as a District Manager in St. Louis, Mo.

To best serve his clients, Davis is a member of the REALTORS Land Institute, an organization dedicated to improving the professional competence of its land brokerage members. In addition, he also holds the Accredited Land Consultant designation and the Certified Buyer Representative designation from the REALTOR Boards and Associations Nationwide.

Phil and his wife Susan live in Tega Cay and are active members of Steele Creek Church of Charlotte.

Kelly High serves as a senior advisor with the Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate team specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, office, medical and land in South Carolina and North Carolina. She brings numerous years of real estate and construction experience in Columbia, Rock Hill and the surrounding upstate area of South Carolina. Kelly also serves as a Property Manager and a Project Manager. Kelly is a licensed Broker in both North and South Carolina and a licensed General Contractor. Her construction and property management background have broadened the scope of services offered by Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate, Kelly served as a Broker with Coldwell Banker for 15 years in Columbia and Rock Hill and as a Broker in Charge with Coldwell Banker in Charlotte.  Previously, Kelly served as a General Manager with Stock Building Supply and owned and operated her own custom cabinet business.

Active in the industry, Kelly is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The South Carolina Association of Realtors and a member of the Charlotte Regional Board of Realtors. Kelly is the recipient of the 1997 Coldwell Banker Rookie of the Year Award, the 1998 Jeffrey B. Wheeler Customer Service Award, 1998 Cendandt Mortgage Top Producer Award, 1998- 2000 CB "Top 25 Producers" Award, 1999 CB President's Elite Award (Top 2% of CB agents in the country), 2000 CB President's Circle Award, 2004-2006 Coldwell Banker Commercial Silver Award Recipient and 2007-2008 Coldwell Banker Commercial Bronze Award Recipient.

Kelly attended Spartanburg Methodist College and Limestone College. She is an active member of Good Shepard United Methodist Church. Kelly is an avid golfer, enjoys outdoor activities, riding her Harley and lives in Rock Hill with her husband Shannon and their two labs, Duke and Rocksy.

Jeffrey K. Mullis, CCIM serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness and represents private and corporate investors in the leasing, sale and purchase of land and income-producing retail property in Charlotte and the Foothills Region of North Carolina. His expertise in property evaluation, marketing, and the management of the transaction process insures that his clients interests are protected and that maximum value is realized. With nine years of commercial real estate experience, he has secured more than 70 transactions that produced a sales volume valued excess of $50 million in the last five years alone.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Mullis served as a broker for Commercial First Real Estate Investment/Development. He was responsible for the development of retail and multifamily brokerage sales and leasing business. While there, he increased production each year and obtained the company’s largest single transaction--a buyer represented $11 million purchase of the Carrboro Plaza. Clients have included General Growth Properties, CBL & Associates, Inc. and numerous private Investors.

Mullis holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, and sits on the NC board of directors for this organization. Only 6 percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. In addition to being licensed in North and South Carolina for Real Estate Brokerage, Mr. Mullis also holds an unlimited general contractor’s license. He earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from Clemson University.

F. Lamar Williams is a Rock Hill native and joined Sperry Van Ness | Southern Commercial Real Estate in 2008 as an Advisor.  Williams brings almost 40 years experience in sales, consulting, appraising and development. Currently, Williams is assisting clients in locating new commercial space, in both sales and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. Williams is very excited to be involved with the new Riverwalk complex on Cherry Road. Williams has worked to see growth in that corridor for many years and now that it is under construction, he will be involved in locating owners and tenants for the business spaces.

Williams is a graduate of Presbyterian College, served as a navy officer during the Vietnam era and is retired from the Navy Reserves. Williams is a father of three grown children and enjoys being grandfather to two boys along with wife, Jane and they are both active members of Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Lynn M. Warren serves as office manager and a property manager for Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Warren joined the team in 2004 and works closely with Mark Mayfield and Randy Graham, managing directors for the Rock Hill, South Carolina office. Her responsibilities include property management, day to day operations of the firm and supervising the administrative staff in maintaining of property files, creating of marketing materials, maintaining property websites, managing the firm’s accounting and properties under management. 

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate Warren served as full charge bookkeeper for an interior design company in Charlotte, North Carolina. While there, Warren was responsible for all aspects of accounting including receivables, payables, payroll, and account reconciliation. Previously, Warren served as office manager for an employment agency in Charlotte. In addition to accounting responsibilities she also created marketing materials, developed the company’s first employee manual and maintained efficiency of the company’s computer network, website, database, and industry specialized software.  Warren moved to the Charlotte Region in 2001 from Fort Lauderdale where she worked in the personnel industry for seven years.

In addition to her professional duties, Warren is a mother of two sons and is involved in her community, serving as president and treasurer for the Belleview Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).

Niki Goins serves as administrative assistant and for Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Goins recently joined the team in June of 2010, and works closely with all the agents. Her responsibilities include assisting in the day-to-day operations of the maintaining of the listing databases as well as assisting in contract and lease preparation. She maintains the property files, creating of marketing materials, maintaining property websites, is responsible for email and printed property flyers. Goins also directs the incoming phone calls, and assists with any special projects that arise.   Goins is a licensed Real Estate Broker for both NC and SC. 

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate Goins worked as an office administrator for Allen Tate Family of Companies and Re/MAX Realty iin the York County area. While there, Goins was responsible for processing all contract paperwork for 75 agents. Previously, Goins both worked for, and owned property maintenance companies in the NC Piedmont and Coastal regions.  Goins has lived in the Charlotte area all of her life. 

In addition to her professional duties, Goins likes to spend time with family and friends on Lake Wylie.  She attends Good Sheppard Untied Methodist Church in Charlotte, NC.
